Brian believes home design should be timeless that reflects the clients everyday life. This is why Brian works on every project from the ground up to guarantee excitement, joy and love for a new home. This starts for Brian by visiting the lot where the construction will occur to gather all factors to the design. For example, structure of the land, objects located nearby and where the sun rises/sets on the lot.

While Brian does not draft plans, he collaborates with experienced designers and architectures to develop custom home plans. He prides himself on his process of advising clients to ensure they are getting a detailed plan that will enhance their future home.

Collaborating with the designers and architectures is a crucial part to any new construction or renovation. This establishes the design to stay custom to the client, rather than resulting in a standard cookie cutter home.
